“Disastrous” ended yesterday’s presentation of Tesla‘s new futuristic Cybertruck in Los Angeles.

First, it should be mentioned that the new model is launched as a bulletproof and ultra-safe, while Elon Musk himself has stated that it “withstands” a nine-millimeter pistol.

In this context, and to demonstrate Cybertruck’s “strengths”, Musk called during the presentation, the company’s chief designer, to throw a metal ball over the “unbreakable” windows of the car. But not everything went as planned.

At first glance, the window cracked, and to the surprise of the audience (and Musk himself) was more than visible. Tesla’s CEO explained that the hit might have been too loud for the car and the designer decided to try again, this time in another window. But the result was again the same – the glass cracked, and much more.

After the failure, Musk said: “We threw keys, we threw everything, we even threw the kitchen sink into the glass and it didn’t break. For some strange reason it broke now. I do not know why. We will fix it ”.
