It is time for the official release of the production version of SEAT el-Born, the car that had premiered at the Geneva exhibition last March.

El-Born‘s first image leaked from Seat’s official Swedish office.

As we can see, the car is not much different from the concept, impressing with its modern aesthetics and aerodynamic bodywork.

It is based on the Volkswagen Group MEB platform, the same as the VW ID.3.

The prototype was powered by a 204-horsepower electric motor powered by a 62 kWh battery, which offered 400 km of autonomy and charged 80% with the use of a charger in 47 minutes.

Production el-Born will probably be available in three power versions, with 45, 58 and 77 kWh batteries.

Inside, the 10-inch touchscreen on the center console, the digital dashboard and the three-point multifunction steering wheel with touch switches stand out.

According to the company, it offers great seats for four passengers, the seats are amazingly comfortable and comfortable, while the ‘smart’ cases for small and large objects maximize practicality.

The Spanish brand has equipped el-Born with all sorts of driver assistance systems, including Level 2 autonomous driving.
